Hillside Construction was founded in 1985 by Henry Friesen. Henry brought to life his dream of creating a construction company that would create a product that people could trust and take pride in. In 1996 his son Travis joined the team and as Travis gained on‐site construction experience his passion & energy led him into partnership with Henry in 2000. Over time Travis’ passion and vision for the company has grown the business, and expands on Henry’s original dream. The goal of the company is to continually have a positive impact on it’s team, customers, and the community as a whole.
- In recent years the business has turned over numerous multifamily developments, commercial projects, and custom homes.
- We are members of the Manitoba New Home Warranty Program, Blanket Home Warranty, Tarion Warranty Program in Ontario, Manitoba Home Builders Association, and are COR certified
- We are a charity focused business with our main sponsors being Children’s Camps International & Ste. Anne’s Hospital, as well as many other minor charities and church run organizations.
